Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri is a distinguished Islamic scholar and a key figure in Minhaj-ul-Qur'an International (MQI), a global organization working for peace and harmony and revival of the spiritual teachings of Islam. Extensively educated in both Islamic and secular sciences, he has become an authority on Islamic law and ideology, as evidenced by his significant contributions to Pakistan's legal and constitutional development.
